Rethinking public space

"We are creating an environment that provides shelter from the elements and an opportunity to bring together all Massey students and staff. Our space will have an appealing sculptural aesthetic that draws people to the heart via pathways. The space will be used for multiple purposes such as socialising, educational, entertainment and and exhibition purposes. Certain aspects from this central structure will be repeated around campus to create unified aesthetic, drawing people from each of the entrances and colleges in to the heart."
